The Project
Student Radio Association (SRA) runs an awards ceremony and needed a Programme produced for the event, as they rely on advertising content to sponsor the programme they wanted to delay the supply of artwork until the last moment so as to maximise revenue, but needed a guaranteed delivery so the event could proceed.
The Challenge
To produce 1,000, 28 printed page Programmes, printed full colour process, collated trimmed and saddle stitched, deliverd to London O2 Arena on 8 November, however, artwork would not be available until start of play 4 November ……………phew a close one!
Agreement was made and production space was pre booked, artwork duly arrived at 4.00 am 4 November and was immediately put into the production process, printing was completed monday morning and finishing completed that day, straight onto a delivery vehivcle and the whole thing deliverd by midday on the day of the event.
Conclusion
A team effort by all, advertising sales people, graphic artists, production team and delivery drivers to meet a tight deadline, whilst maximising advertising revenue, and we understand a great event
was enjoyed by all who attended!
Once again Artyzan took on the challenge……………….and delvered, leaving the SRA team to concentrate on what they are good at………..organisng a great event……….. relaxing in the knowledge that Artyzan would deliver!!!!!!!!!!!
